Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Appkitekt website and the services provided by Appkitekt Ltd., registered at 182-184 High Street North, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom ("Appkitekt", "we", "us").

By accessing our website or engaging our services — including App Store Optimization Strategy, App Building, and AI Agent Optimization — you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Appkitekt provides consulting, strategy, and delivery services related to app discovery, app store optimization, application design and development, and AI agent optimization. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work, proposal, or agreement between you and Appkitekt.

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or our service offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

App store rankings, search visibility, AI agent recommendations, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and your own product decisions.

While we apply rigorous, evidence-based methods, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, download volumes, revenue figures, or AI recommendation outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, access, and materials reasonably required for us to perform the services. Delays or inaccuracies in what you provide may affect timelines and outcomes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your apps, products, and content comply with applicable laws and with the policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and any other platform you operate on.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and branding — is the property of Appkitekt Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for your engagement are assigned to you upon full payment, while our pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies remain our property.

6. Payments

Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

Late payments may accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable under UK law and may result in suspension of work until the account is brought current.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of that engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appkitekt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the services or this website.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Third-party platforms and links

Our services and website may reference or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, and websites (including app stores, AI systems, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or actions of any third party.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the applicable agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services for any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
